Martin Concerto Double Bass

The Concerto model is the smallest of the Concert series. This instrument takes its inspiration from the French-made Quenoil double basses, although our version is longer in the body to allow for a larger air space and hence bigger sound. Parts of this instrument are supplied to us from Romania, but all the work that relates to the sound and playability is done by us in our workshop.

 The Martin Concerto double bass is available in both four- and five-string versions. A specific string length and other special requests can easily be accommodated. If you want any further information or would like to place an order, please do get in touch.
