Old Master Double Bass

For years now we have had a “revolving collection” of the finest double bass in the world. Finding them a good home is an important consideration and getting the price just right to suit both the seller and purchaser. Many top players have got their double bass through Tom and his excellent contacts mean he can often help find a specific instrument.

Instruments in the last year or so have included excellent examples of Hironumous Amati ll, a fine Cremonese bass of the 18th century, a fine Thomas Kennedy, an exceptional Vincenzo Panormo and Hill among others. We also regularly have beautiful examples of old double bass bows available.
